Bumble Inc. is looking for an Enforcement Appeals Specialist to join our Trust Operations team. We are seeking a highly motivated, hands-on candidate who thrives in a cross-functional environment and is excited to support the evolution of our Trust Operations team.
In this position, you will investigate and respond to members' appeals as a result of account restrictions and content moderation. You will help uphold Bumble Inc.’s Community Guidelines by reviewing and enforcing actions on violating accounts and content to maintain a safe and respectful environment. The ideal candidate is comfortable working with sensitive content, including child exploitation, graphic or physical sexual violence, suicide and self-harm, and other potentially distressing material.

This role will be based in London, UK, reporting to the Enforcement Appeals Manager.
