As a key part of its next phase of development it is keen to hire a Leasehold Enfranchisement Solicitor to join the team.

In this role you will be undertaking a range of duties including: -

• Running a caseload of enfranchisement and lease extension matters
• Work with key colleagues and clients to build strong and lasting working relationships
• Act as the firm’s expert on enfranchisement and lease extensions
• Work with the latest technology to improve and enhance productivity

Ideally your skills and experience will include: -

• Qualified Solicitor
• 3+ PQE
• Experience of leasehold enfranchisement and lease extensions
• Good IT skills
• Innovative and creative
