Engagement Coordinator

Understanding how our colleagues and teams are feeling at work is really important to Stonegate Group. We're looking for an Engagement Coordinator to join the Communications Team on a 6 month fixed term basis to support Stonegate’s engagement strategy, and work with engagement survey partners in order to deliver regular engagement surveys across the business .

The Engagement Coordinator will work with the Director of Communications and Team to deliver the annual engagement calendar for the differing parts of our business -

PST, Managed, Craft Union and Publican Partners. Once recieved, the Engagement Coordinator will help analyse reports, supporting others to understand their results and potential actions. Additonally the Engagement Coordinator will become a Super User of our Engagement platform, Peakon, able to manage enquiries from

range of internal customers and ensure data accuracy / integrity.

Other parts of the role will include:

Working with the internal communications team to ensure a consistent rhythm of engaging communications to support survey participation success and maintain awareness of employee engagement activities, i.e. launch, chase ups, results, actions.

Being the champion for employee engagement, inspire colleagues by sharing and suggesting ideas for improvements and educate managers and leaders on driving and implementing change.

Creating a reporting framework to provide regular reports to the HRLT and Operating Board on survey results and employee engagement activities.

Developing and support the relationship with our third-party supplier (Peakon) as required to prepare for and deliver employee surveys.

The Solihull Pub Support Team offices are light and airy offices in Shirley, Solihull, where you will be greeted by our Welcome Team.
