We are seeking an Engagement Manager to deliver our communications strategy for HOST and Programmes. This is an integral role to deliver marketing support to HOST and our hub partners to promote the opportunities available. You will also be instrumental in designing, developing, and running campaigns to recruit businesses to our programmes.

Developing and managing the communications strategy for HOST Design, develop and run campaigns to recruit businesses to our programmes Taking the lead in maximising all opportunities for the businesses within the HOST Engaging with key stakeholders to develop strong links within the business support landscape to promote the HOST and Programmes offer. Developing, overseeing, and tracking promotional campaigns for HOST and programmes Copywriting for the website, social media, and all promotional material PR and corporate communications Managing the design of all marketing collateral including the website, promotional material and social media campaigns. Delivering event support for HOST and its hub partners Liaising with third party suppliers of communications services where required Working closely with the rest of the communications team to ensure consistency of branding and messaging and maximising every opportunity. Developing and managing social media campaigns across all relevant platform Researching market trends and ensuring we are fully up to speed Managing the marketing spend and making sure we get a good return on investment. Liaising with key stakeholder to amplify and promote the HOST and Programmes offer.
Skills and Experience: Essential: A strong marketing, communication or advertising background Leadership and strategic thinking. Excellent time management skills. Track record of meeting targets. Effective communication skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to organise and prioritise own time and workload. Ability to work well under pressure and to multitask. Excellent MS office suite skills. Meticulous attention to detail even in high pressure situations
