We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Psychology Teacher to join our school in Derby. The successful candidate will inspire students at KS4 and KS5 to explore and understand the complexities of human behavior, encouraging them to achieve their full potential in the subject.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging Psychology lessons to KS4 and KS5 students.


• Develop a curriculum that fosters critical thinking and a deep understanding of psychological theories and research.


• Regularly assess student progress, providing constructive feedback and support.


• Create a positive and stimulating classroom environment that encourages independent learning.


• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure the continued success of the Psychology department.

Qualifications and Experience:

• A degree in Psychology or a related field.


• A teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, QTS, or equivalent).


• Proven experience teaching Psychology at KS4 and KS5.
