Engine Manager

You will play a crucial role in maintaining and repairing our fleet of Micro Turbine Engines. Your expertise will be essential in supporting our flight operations and contributing to the ongoing development of our technology.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and inspections on engines.
• Manage our stock of engines.
• Develop and build workshop infrastructure to improve our workflow and build process.
• Work closely with engineers to implement design modifications and improvements.
• Keep detailed records of maintenance and repair work.
• Provide technical support and guidance to pilots and other team members.

• Excellent attention to detail.
• A good familiarity with hand tools and power tools
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Background interest in technology and engineering

• Hands-On: There will be opportunities for you to test fly products and components that you have worked on (on our safe training system).
