Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm

We are looking for an organised and proactive Engineer Scheduler to join a busy and fast-paced team.

This is a varied coordination role involving scheduling, planning and coordinating daily workloads, administration and day-to-day team support. You'll be helping to keep workloads organised and ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently.

Scheduling new and ongoing jobs efficiently
Managing and maintaining busy engineer diaries
Booking appointments and coordinating engineers' daily workloads
Liaising with engineers regarding availability and additional hours
Reviewing schedules daily and preparing for upcoming appointments
