Do you enjoy working with technical documentation, engineering drawings and project records? Are you an engineering graduate looking for an entry level role with room to develop? Would you like to join a growing engineering manufacturer where you'll play a key role supporting project delivery? We are working with an innovative engineering machinery manufacturer who are seeking an Engineering Administrator to join its team in Walsall due to growth. The company designs and manufactures bespoke, highly technical capital equipment supplied globally. As the business continues to grow, they are looking for an organised and detail-orientated individual to take ownership of document control across multiple engineering projects. The Role Working closely with Engineering, Projects, Procurement and Manufacturing teams, you'll be responsible for ensuring all technical documentation in created, controlled, reviewed and distributed accurately throughout the project lifecycle. Key Responsibilities: Generate, review and issue engineering and project documentation Control technical drawings, purchase orders, specifications and quality documentation Maintain document registers, revision control and document traceability Submit documentation to customers and suppliers in accordance with project requirements Support internal teams by ensuring documentation is accurate, complete and up to date Skills & Experience: Could be a recent graduate in an Engineering discipline Experience as an Administrator, Technical Co-ordinator, Project Administrator or Engineering Administrator Previous experience within a technical environment such as engineering, manufacturing Ability to understand and manage engineering drawings and technical documentation Excellent organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail Ability to juggle multiple projects Why Apply?
