Engineering and Digital Technologies Workshop Facilitator and Resource Manager
Full time, 37 hours per week
£24,532 per annum

Stephen Burke Construction Academy, Swadlincote Campus

Who are we looking for?

Burton and South Derbyshire College is seeking to appoint a qualified, committed and enthusiastic individual to join our Construction team at our Stephen Burke academy.

The successful candidate will support with practical sessions across a range of Engineering processes with a focus on hand skills, machining and mechatronics. In addition to this they will also manage the preparation of digital resources and devices for the academy, Engineering workshop resources, stock levels and general maintenance of these practical areas.

Applicants will ideally hold an engineering qualification or have experience suitable to these environments, health and safety experience is beneficial. The College welcomes applications from enthusiastic Engineering vocational specialists in such fields as maintenance, manufacturing and mechatronics.

Applicants should be qualified to, or willing to work towards, Level 2 English and Maths. Evidence of qualifications is required.
