Are you an Engineering Administrator, Engineering Planner, Engineering Stores Coordinator or Maintenance Administrator looking for a varied role where you'll become a key part of a busy engineering department?

This is an excellent opportunity to join one of the UK's leading manufacturers in their field in a role that offers genuine responsibility, long-term stability and the chance to work closely with an experienced Engineering Manager supporting a fast-paced manufacturing operation.

You'll become a central point of the engineering department, ensuring engineers have the parts, information and maintenance plans they need to keep production running efficiently.

Whether your background is engineering administration, engineering stores, maintenance planning or purchasing, this role offers plenty of variety and the opportunity to really make it your own.

The Role

Managing engineering spare parts and stock control
Raising purchase orders and working closely with suppliers
Maintaining the CMMS and supporting maintenance planning
Scheduling preventative maintenance activities
Producing engineering reports and KPI information
Supporting the Engineering Manager with the day-to-day running of the department
Ensuring engineering documentation remains accurate and audit ready

What We're Looking For

Experience within an engineering, manufacturing, maintenance or industrial environment
Administration, planning, stores or purchasing experience
Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office
Experience with CMMS software would be advantageous but isn't essential
