Join our team as an Engineering Assessor in Hampshire, where our mission is to build the careers of tomorrow. This role is crucial in supporting apprentices to gain the necessary knowledge, skills, and behaviours to meet the standards of their engineering apprenticeships.

• Assess apprentice work, track off-the-job training, and support the development of English and maths skills.
• Effectively track the apprentice journey from start through to the End Point Assessment (EPA).
• Ensure all parts of the apprenticeship are achieved and evidenced in line with college and Awarding Body criteria.
• Maintain adherence to all relevant quality procedures, both internal and external, ensuring the highest possible standards.
• Contribute to the achievement of the college’s strategic plan through active engagement in departmental activities and initiatives.

• Proven experience in an engineering educational role, preferably with a focus on apprenticeships.
• Strong understanding of the requirements set out in individual Engineering Standards.
• Ability to assess and track apprentice progress effectively.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage documentation and compliance with quality standards.
• Strong communication skills to support and guide apprentices throughout their educational journey.
