Excellent role on offer for an experienced Engineering/Maintenance Manager looking to work for a highly prestigious, market leading company where you will play a key part in their Maintenance Management and support the business to deliver on objectives across several key sites.

Do you have experience in a Maintenance and/or Engineering Management position? Do you have experience in a Heavy engineering environment?

This well-established, reputable company have multiple sites across the UK and are widely regarded as a leading brand. Over the last few years, the business has thrived and due to the continued growth plans; this market leader is looking for an ambitious Engineering/ Maintenance Manager to help manage all Engineering functions on multiple sites across the East Anglia.

In this position you will be ensuring standards of engineering maintenance and inspections are achieved safely in a cost-effective manner. You will provide day to day support for all levels of the business alongside playing a pivotal part in the Maintenance budgets and Health and Safety.

The ideal candidate for this position will have experience in a Maintenance and/or Engineering Manager position within an engineering environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in a Heavy engineering environment however this is not essential. This is an exciting opportunity for a candidate who is looking to join a Market leading company and play a key part in their operations.

The Role

• Ensuring standards of engineering maintenance and inspections are achieved safely in a cost-effective manner
• Manage local engineering staff
• Preparation and Management of local engineering maintenance budget
• Liaising with clients and senior management teams
• £65,000 - £80,000 + Training + Progression + 26 days holiday + Bonus + Pension + Benefits

The Person

• Experience in an Engineering/ Maintenance Management position
• Able to manage high value contract and multiple contractors
• Must live local or a commutable distance to Ipswich and the surrounding areas
