We are working with a leading industrial factory that is looking to appoint an experienced Engineering Manager to lead and develop the engineering function within their busy site. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and hands-on manager with a strong engineering background and leadership experience to join a company that heavily invests in its people and technology.

As the Engineering Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day management of the maintenance team, ensuring high performance, safety, and minimal downtime of equipment and machinery. You will implement robust maintenance strategies, manage budgets, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. A key part of your role will be leading a multi-skilled team, developing training plans, and maintaining a culture of safety and accountability.

Skills required for the Maintenance Engineer:

• Recognised Engineering Qualification
• Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial engineering role within an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Experience with TPM, Lean Manufacturing, or other CI methodologies is desirable.
