Engineering Manager

About the Role:

• Manage the Workshop & Engineering Department, including HGV Technicians, Engineers, a Service Coordinator, and Administrator
• Oversee maintenance of a large fleet including HGVs, plant, and material handling equipment
• Lead on both PPM and reactive maintenance strategies
• Drive performance and complianceacross the team and equipment
• Ensure MOT targets, safety standards, and KPIs are met and continuously improved

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong experience managing a busy HGV workshop
• Technical qualifications in HGV maintenance
• Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
• Solid understanding of maintenance in a fast-paced industrial or logistics environment
• Confident with Excel, Outlook, and other software systems
