Location: Doddington, Cambridgeshire

I am recruiting an Engineering Manager to lead the engineering team at a manufacturing facility. This position offers an excellent opportunity to join a company undergoing significant growth. Key responsibilities include overseeing planned maintenance activities, ensuring prompt response to equipment breakdowns, and driving engineering initiatives such as continuous improvement projects and root cause analysis to optimise equipment reliability, plant performance, and overall operational efficiency.

• Manufacturing Background
• Strong Senior Leadership Experience
• Engineering qualifications
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop engineering teams.
• Strong organisational skills to coordinate multiple priorities and projects.
• Solid understanding of both mechanical and electrical maintenance in manufacturing environments
• Track record of implementing continuous improvement (CI) initiatives to boost efficiency and reduce downtime
