In this role, you’ll be responsible for Engineering and product development, and the aim of the game is to get products to market and achieve project deadlines.

You’ll be joining a company with a global presence and excellent reputation in the market. Your team will be made up of mechanical and electrical engineers, and it will be a balance between hands-on design work and managing a team. From establishing specifications through to prototype creation, we need someone with a bias towards mechanical engineering. You will also be supporting the wider business, and working closely with the commercial team to understand what products are needed in the market.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience in a new product development environment of electro-mechanical equipment.
• Experience managing a multi-disciplinary team of engineers.
• A track record in achieving project deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Comfortable working independently and managing priorities.
