Commutable: Winscombe, Cheddar, Blagdon, Weston-Super-Mare
Salary: £57,000- £61,000 + Benefits
Shift: Monday- Friday days 

Are you a motivated and experienced Engineering Manager ready to take the next step in your career? We’re looking for a forward-thinking leader to drive engineering performance, asset reliability, and continuous improvement at our modern manufacturing site in As Engineering Manager, you’ll lead a skilled team of engineers and apprentices, ensuring the smooth running, maintenance, and improvement of our production assets. You’ll play a pivotal role in developing people, processes, and technology—enhancing operational performance and reliability through your technical insight and leadership.

Skills required for the Engineering Manager:

Time-served engineering apprenticeship or equivalent training across multiple disciplines (Automation & Control preferred).
HND or degree in an Engineering discipline.
Proven expertise in advanced engineering principles within a fast-paced FMCG environment.
Strong understanding of automated equipment and enhanced asset care practices.
Clear understanding of OEE and the impact of engineering performance.
Ability to coach, mentor, and develop others.
