Product Safety & Compliance Manager

Job Description

Lead and manage the engineering and project delivery teams to ensure consistent, high-quality installation of safety-critical systems
Review and approve engineering designs to ensure compliance with standards and safety requirements
Oversee the delivery and progress of major projects and special engineering solutions
Drive ongoing development of existing products and support new product innovation
Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for field and product issues 

Product Safety & Compliance Manager

Background in rail, automotive, manufacturing, or electro-mechanical environments
Proven leadership experience managing engineers and project teams
Strong technical authority in safety-critical systems
Ability to lead, influence, and drive performance
