As an Engineering Manager, your responsibilities will include:

Leading and developing the engineering design and manufacturing team
Overseeing the design, build to print, and manufacture of transformers and components
Ensuring compliance with AS9100 and ISO 9001 quality standards throughout the engineering process
Managing obsolescence challenges and providing whole life support solutions for customers
Liaising directly with customers on bespoke, application specific engineering requirements
As an Engineering Manager, your experience will include:

Proven experience managing an engineering team within a manufacturing environment
Hands on experience working with transformers and components
Familiarity with AS9100 or ISO 9001 quality management systems
Experience in a precision or regulated manufacturing sector such as aerospace, defence, or medical
Strong background in design to print and custom engineering solutions
