This is a genuinely hands-on technical leadership role — ideal for someone with a strong background in automotive exhaust systems, powertrain or vehicle development who wants to take the next step without moving away from the engineering. You’ll lead a small team, work directly with prestige OEM customers, support RFQs and technical reviews, and take ownership of engineering delivery from concept through to manufacturing.
