At our Lancaster facility, you’ll lead Engineering best practice across our Paper Mill and Paper Converting environments, demonstrating strong electrical bias alongside solid mechanical expertise. This location features both a heavy industrial environment (paper machine, high voltage pumps, recycling processes, and a control room), and an FMCG-style production area (with 2 converting lines producing product from parent reel to finished goods). About the Role You will play a leading role in driving Continuous Improvement and reliability, and own CAPEX projects from concept to delivery, and influence site strategy, safety, and investment decisions. Budgetary management will be a key part of the role, so we’ll rely on your expertise in this area, backed by your commercial acumen.
