My client is looking for an Engineering Manager to join their team and play a key role in running their depot. This company are one of the leading names in the transport sector employing over 20,000 staff nationally. They have a consistent track record of developing their staff and there will be further opportunities to progress upwards for anyone interested.

This will be a key role to the site and you will oversee the day to day running of the engineering department. You will need to have strong people management skills and be able to hold the team to a high standard. The ideal candidate will already have experience dealing with vehicles - Buses, Coaches, HGVs, PSVs or similar

The Role:
* Assist day to day running of site
* Continuous improvement projects to ensure maximum vehicle availability
* Ensure team are held accountable to high standards

The Candidate:
* Previous experience in a chargehand, lead, supervisory or management role
* Previous experience dealing with vehicles - Buses, Coaches, HGVs, PSVs or similar
* Commutable to Arbroath
