Engineering Manager (QA) - £100,000 - £105,000 | Bonus & bens | Hybrid (2-3 days a week in West London)

Brand new live role for a QA-focused Engineering Manager to join a major transformation programme inside a FTSE 250 business. Retail / ecom experience ideal!

You won't be line managing teams or writing test scripts, this is all about governance, supplier oversight, and stakeholder management at scale. Think: holding large SIs accountable, embedding quality standards, and driving delivery excellence across multiple streams of work.

This is perfect for anyone who has worked both sides of the fence, know how to challenge third parties constructively, and have a strong grounding in QA practices.

• Background in retail, ecommerce or high-scale digital delivery a bonus
• Previous consultancy experience or hybrid backgrounds especially welcome
