You will be to leading Facilities & Utilities on site, driving reliability, efficiency, and smarter use of energy, water, and infrastructure, deliver leadership with a real impact across the business. Day to day * Lead and develop a skilled engineering team * Own performance of utilities & facilities systems (energy, water, HVAC, gas, ammonia) * Deliver maintenance strategy and capital projects * Ensure compliance with BOAS, Legionella control, LOTO, PUWER, hazards and wastewater effluent regulations * Drive efficiency, sustainability, and cost improvements * Maintain high standards of safety, compliance, and operational excellence * Manage Facilities sub contractors etc * Engineering Electrical qualified to High Voltage level * Experience in utilities, facilities, or industrial environments * Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance (BOAS, Legionella, PUWER, LOTO, effluent control) * Proven leadership and project delivery experience Strong problem-solving and communication skills In Short Industry HR & Recruitment, Engineering & Manufacture Founded 1967 Location Derby: Badger Farm, Willowpit Lane, Hilton, Derby, DE65 5FN Northampton: Suite 15, Grovelands Business Park, West Haddon Road, East Haddon, NN6 8FB Company size 0 - 49 About Us At Jenrick Engineering, we specialise in sourcing and placing top-tier Technical, Operations, Engineering and Projects staff for manufacturing clients across the UK.
