This role would suit an Engineering Manager with a background in Water Treatment Systems looking to join one of the leading Chlorine Dioxide specialists working with their award winning products.

This Role:

• Manage escalations and ensure critical issues are addressed promptly.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure service quality and efficiencies.
• Develop and maintain documentation related to technical support procedures.

This Person:

• Engineering Manager background.
• Background in Water Treatment Systems.
• Commutable distance to Kelso.
