Engineering Procurement Coordinator/ Assistant Buyer

As an Engineering Procurement Coordinator / Assistant Buyer, you will support the end-to-end procurement process within the engineering team.Join a diversified international organisation operating across multiple global markets, with a strong presence in engineering and procurement. Based in their London office, you will be part of a collaborative and growing team supporting international supply chains, primarily across the Middle East. Your new role

Preparing and issuing RFQs based on internal stakeholder requirements
Analysing and comparing supplier quotations
Negotiating pricing, lead times and commercial terms
Raising and processing purchase orders
Managing supplier relationships and monitoring delivery schedules
Producing reports and maintaining accurate data within SAP
Supporting administrative tasks including documentation, correspondence and database management
What you'll need to succeed

Previous experience in procurement, purchasing, or a commercial admin role
Strong numerical and analytical skills
Excellent attention to detail and organisational ability
Confident communication skills, both written and verbal
Experience with ERP systems (ideally SAP) is highly desirable
Understanding of procurement principles, INCO terms or international trade (advantageous)
A proactive, flexible attitude with a willingness to learn
