Are you an experienced recruiter or engineering professional looking to specialise in the thriving world of Engineering Recruitment?

Join our ambitious and growing team in Plymouth, where you'll take the lead on sourcing and placing high-quality engineering professionals across both the Southwest and South Wales – including key markets in Plymouth and Cardiff.

About the Role
As an Engineering Recruitment Consultant, you'll:

• Manage a busy dual-desk covering permanent and contract engineering roles
• Build long-term relationships with engineering clients and technical talent across:
  • Mechanical & Electrical Engineering
  • Civils & Infrastructure
  • Manufacturing & Production
  • Design & Project Engineering
  • Marine, Defence & Energy
• Develop new business opportunities while nurturing existing accounts
• Deliver tailored, expert recruitment solutions to clients ranging from SMEs to major engineering consultancies and contractors

What We're Looking For

• Proven recruitment experience (engineering knowledge ideal)
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Ambitious, driven, and ready to grow a high-performing desk
• Comfortable working across multiple regions (Southwest & South Wales)
• Knowledge of the Plymouth or Cardiff engineering market is an advantage
