Are you an experienced Shift Leader, Lead Engineer or Senior Maintenance Engineer looking to step into a highly prestigious banking environment?

We're recruiting for a Shift Leader to oversee the delivery of planned and reactive maintenance across a critical banking facility. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a market-leading building services provider, working within a technically challenging and highly regulated environment where uptime is paramount.

Key Responsibilities:

Leading a team of engineers on shift
Managing planned and reactive maintenance activities
Ensuring compliance with health & safety and statutory requirements
Acting as the primary point of contact for the client during your shift
Supporting critical plant operations and incident response
Producing reports, permit control and shift handovers
Driving high standards of service delivery and team performanceWhat we're looking for:

✅ Strong building services maintenance background
✅ Experience leading engineering teams in critical environments
✅ Electrical or Mechanical qualifications (electrically qualified preferred)
✅ Knowledge of HV/LV systems, UPS, generators, HVAC and critical infrastructure
✅ Excellent client-facing and communication skills
