The company prides itself on a positive working culture where teamwork and mutual respect are at the centre of daily operations. You will be responsible for both electrical and mechanical maintenance, responding to breakdowns, completing planned preventative maintenance, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives across site machinery. You will be lead for you shift providing motivation, coordination and development The company is currently one of the leading manufacturers in the industry and is continually seeing growth. For the right engineer this opportunity will provide plenty of growth opportunities. The company is looking for candidate with excellent attitude to development and progression. Sector - Factory Maintenance Non-Negotiable Requirements of the Engineering Shift Team Leader Multi-skilled maintenance experience within an industrial manufacturing environment. Hands on experience with pre-planned, reactive and breakdown maintenance in fast paced industrial factory. Previous leadership experience Minimum Level 3 engineering qualifications Desirable Requirements for the Engineering Shift Team Leader Previous experience working as a Maintenance Engineer in the UK.
