Reporting directly to the Residential Building Manager, you will be responsible for supervising site-based engineers and specialist hard-services contractors, ensuring the safe, efficient, and compliant operation of all building systems across four residential buildings. Key Responsibilities Oversee the day-to-day performance, maintenance, and servicing of all building systems Ensure full operational compliance of M&E, HVAC, lighting, life safety, access control, water systems, and critical infrastructure Manage and coordinate planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive works Supervise and support on-site engineers and external contractors Conduct regular 1:1 meetings, toolbox talks, and performance appraisals Ensure all statutory compliance requirements and records are maintained Promote and enforce high standards of health & safety across site operations Assist with reporting, budgeting, and continuous improvement initiatives Requirements Apprenticeship or higher qualification in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or Building Services Proven experience in a supervisory role within a residential or commercial building environment Strong knowledge of M&E systems and statutory compliance requirements Health & Safety qualification such as IOSH, SSSTS, or NEBOSH (preferred) Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills What We Offer Competitive salary of £60,000 Monday to Friday working pattern (work-life balance) Pension scheme Company benefits package Opportunity to work within a well-maintained, high-end residential environment Apply Now If you are a motivated Engineering Supervisor looking for your next challenge in a dynamic residential setting, we would love to hear from you.
