Engineering Supervisor - Dayshift

This is a great opportunity for an Engineering Maintenance Supervisor role on a dayshift position within a growing manufacturing business based in Falkirk.

The Role:

Provide engineering advice and coaching where necessary.
Manage and/or participate in manufacturing improvement project teams
Lead a small team of engineers within proactive and reactive maintenance in a fast paced manufacturing environment
This is a hands on role within the engineering function The Candidate:

Must be a good communicator
Detailed engineering knowledge of all aspects of manufacturing equipment
Recognised apprenticeship qualification or equivalent in relevant engineering discipline
Understanding of the contribution Engineering can make to the achievement of Manufacturing KPIs
Manufacturing background required
Must be or have been an electrical engineer with hands on experience within manufacturing
Only candidates based in UK and eligible to work in UK are allowed
