Are you an Engineering Supervisor or aiming to progress into a similar position, with a background in FMCG machinery looking to join a market leading contract packaging company working in their biggest factory, being provided electrically biased training and the chance to progress your career into a management position?

On offer is the opportunity to work for a subsidiary of one of the largest distribution and warehousing companies in the UK as part of their food packaging operations. The company are looking to bring in a new Assistant Engineer Manager to help look after their largest site, helping to support improvements they are making to processes and culture.

This role will involve working closely with the Engineering Manager, helping to manage the PPM schedule, assessing and creating NCR's, helping other maintenance engineers and carrying out maintenance on production lines. You will be working on projects and assisting with leading the engineering team as a whole.

This role would suit an Engineering Supervisor or someone aspiring to step into that role who is looking to do that within an established food packaging company who are looking to expand and improve by focusing on providing a great working environment for their staff.
