Take the Lead on a Prestigious West End Site. We’re looking for a highly organised, technically strong Engineering Supervisor to take ownership of a prestigious single-man site in the West End.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced engineer who enjoys combining technical responsibility, client interaction and leadership. With around 70% of the role focused on administration and site management and 30% on hands-on engineering, you’ll have the autonomy to make a real impact while keeping your technical skills sharp.

Key Responsibilities
Take ownership of all engineering and maintenance activity on site
Lead day-to-day site operations, ensuring a consistently high standard of service
Manage compliance documentation, statutory records and reporting
Carry out planned and reactive maintenance when required
Coordinate contractors and liaise confidently with clients and key stakeholders
Ensure all health & safety, compliance and operational standards are maintained
Identify opportunities to improve site performance, reliability and efficiency
Manage priorities independently and ensure all works are completed to a high standardWhat's on Offer
