Remedy Education are currently recruiting for an enthusiastic and experienced Engineering Teacher to join a college based across the Benfleet and Grays areas.

This is an excellent opportunity for an Engineering specialist who is passionate about teaching and supporting students to develop their technical knowledge, practical skills and future career prospects.

The Role

* Plan and deliver engaging Engineering lessons.

* Teach both theoretical and practical aspects of Engineering.

* Support students with coursework, assessments and examinations.

* Develop students' technical and practical skills.

* Monitor progress and provide constructive feedback.

* Create a positive, safe and inclusive learning environment.

* Work closely with colleagues to support student achievement.

The Ideal Candidate

* Strong Engineering background with relevant industry or teaching experience.

* Experience teaching Engineering within an FE, college or secondary setting.

* Excellent technical and practical knowledge.

* Passionate about supporting young people into further education and employment.

* Strong classroom management and communication skills.

* Able to engage and motivate students of varying abilities.

* Teaching qualification such as QTS/QTLS is desirable but not essential depending on experience.
