Are you a Mechanical Engineer with a background in Energy from Waste, CCGT, Oil, Coal, Biomass or Royal Navy looking to take the next step in your career at the cutting edge of the Energy from Waste sector?

On offer is the chance to lead the mechanical operations team at an Energy from Waste facility, with one of the UK's leading resource and waste management companies. You will be one of the go-to technical experts at the plant, ensuring the efficiency and smooth operations of the facility.

This well-established company is a leading waste management operator at the heart of the UK's journey towards net zero, as part of one of the worlds biggest environmental services companies.

In this role you will be technical lead at this facility, responsible for both the performance and maintenance of all mechanical equipment. Alongside this, you will also be tasked with ensuring the safety of members of your team and that all machinery is being correctly operated.

The Role:

• Operating within the Energy from Waste sector
• Lead mechanical maintenance across the facility
• Ensure compliance with company SHEQ policy
• Monday to Friday, days-based role

The Person:

• Previous experience within Energy from Waste, CCGT, Oil, Coal, Biomass or Royal Navy
• Leadership experience
• Strong knowledge of current health and safety legislation
