They are now expanding their engineering team and looking for Engineering Technicians to play a key role in supporting a highly automated, next-generation production environment. This is a unique opportunity to work at the forefront of modern manufacturing-combining cutting-edge technology, large-scale automation and ongoing site transformation. Staffline is recruiting Engineering Technicians to work in Market Drayton, Shropshire. The rate of pay is £57,289 per annum, plus overtime! This is a full-time role working 4 on 4 off, Days & Nights. The hours of work are: - 7am to 7pm - 7pm to 7am Your Time at Work What you'll be doing: - Delivering planned preventative maintenance (PPM) to maximise equipment reliability - Responding to breakdowns efficiently, minimising downtime in a fast-paced production environment - Supporting continuous improvement initiatives and engineering upgrades - Collaborating with operations to drive safety, quality and performance - Supporting the installation, commissioning and integration of new equipment What you'll be working with: - Highly automated process and filling lines with advanced PLC systems - High-speed blow moulding and hygienic filling technology - Multi-axis robotic packaging systems - One of the UK's largest pallet cooling and transport systems - Site-wide infrastructure including: - Combined Heat & Power (CHP) - Advanced compressed air systems - Sustainability and recycling technologies Our Perfect Worker What we're looking for: - A time-served Engineering Apprenticeship or Level 3 qualification in an Engineering discipline - Experience within a manufacturing or production environment - Strong knowledge of reactive and preventative maintenance - Experience working with automation, robotics or process equipment (desirable) - A proactive approach with strong problem-solving skills - A team player committed to high safety and performance standards Key Information and Benefits - Earn £57,289 per annum - 4 on, 4 off - Free food - Uniform provided - PPE provided - Performance bonus - Full training provided Job Ref: 1DHIRE About Staffline Staffline is the UK's largest recruitment solutions partner, enabling over 35,000 people into good work every week.
