This is a unique opportunity to work at the forefront of modern manufacturing-combining cutting-edge technology, large-scale automation and ongoing site transformation. Location: Market Drayton. The rate of pay is £57,289 per annum, plus 5% bonus! £5000 Sign on bonus after successful completion of probation. This is a full-time, permanent role working rotating shifts, 4 on 4 off, and the hours of work are: - 7am to 7pm - 7pm to 7am What you'll be doing - Delivering planned preventative maintenance (PPM) to maximise equipment reliability - Responding to breakdowns efficiently, minimising downtime in a fast-paced production environment - Supporting continuous improvement initiatives and engineering upgrades - Collaborating with operations to drive safety, quality and performance - Supporting the installation, commissioning and integration of new equipment What you'll be working with - Highly automated process and filling lines with advanced PLC systems - 3 phase Motors - Pumps - Water Supply Systems - Steam Supply Systems - Air Supply Systems (Compressors) - Effluent Systems - Pasteurisation & Separation - Valve & Valve Matrices - Site-wide infrastructure including: - Combined Heat & Power (CHP) - Advanced compressed air systems - Sustainability and recycling technologies What we're looking for - A time-served Engineering Apprenticeship or Level 3 qualification in an Engineering discipline - Experience within a manufacturing or production environment - Strong knowledge of reactive and preventative maintenance - Experience working with automation, robotics or process equipment (desirable) - A proactive approach with strong problem-solving skills - A team player committed to high safety and performance standards Key Information and Benefits - Earn £57,289 per annum, plus 5% bonus! - Health care - 282 hours annual leave - Pension Scheme - Rewards platform - Free car parking on site - Canteen on site - Free food - Uniform provided - PPE provided - Performance bonus - Full training provided Job Ref: 1DHIRE About Staffline Staffline is the UK's largest recruitment solutions partner, enabling over 35,000 people into good work every week.
