In this role, you will be coaching, mentoring, and guiding apprentices through their Level 1-4 qualifications. You will also have the opportunity to contribute to the curriculum syllabus and help shape the lives of the next generation of engineers.

The ideal candidate will have a HNC or Level 3 qualification in Mechanical Engineering, as well as strong industry experience.

This is a brilliant role for a mechanical engineer who wants to step away from the tools and transition into a position with an excellent work-life balance.

The Role:

• Full Training Provided
• Training engineering apprentices
• Teaching a range of engineering subjects up to Level 4

The Person:

• Proven track record in Mechanical Engineering
• HNC or Level 3 qualification
• Looking to move into an education/training role
