Engingeering support specialist

Morson Talent are currently recruiting for an Engineering support specialist to work on the behalf of one of our prestigious clients based in Yeovil. This is a contract role for 6 months, with possibility of extension.

Hours: Mon - Fri, 8am - 5pm (with some flexibility)
Contract Length: 6 months with potential to extend as site requires

Configuration Management assistance to all levels of engineers with their tasks and assignments. Support robust configuration management processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve configuration issues. Provide guidance and support to engineering teams on configuration management best practices.
May require a high school diploma or its equivalent with related experience and able to show proven capabilities in the field or in a related area. Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Works under immediate supervision. Primary job functions do not typically require exercising independent judgment. Will report to onsite manager.
