English Graduate - Teaching Role in Alternative Provision (Milton Keynes)

Location: Milton Keynes | Type: Long-term / Permanent | Start Date: Flexible

Are you an English graduate with a passion for making a meaningful impact in the lives of young people? Do you want to use your subject knowledge to support learners in a structured yet nurturing environment?

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a specialist education team within an Alternative Provision in Milton Keynes, supporting young people aged 11-17 who present with SEMH needs and/or are at risk of exclusion from mainstream education.

Ideal Candidate
  • Recent English graduate or holder of a related degree

  • Passionate about inclusive education and supporting vulnerable learners

  • Confident communicator with the ability to build positive relationships

  • Interest or experience in EAL, SEMH, or Alternative Provision is an advantage

  • Resilient, compassionate and committed to making a long-term difference
