Job Title: English Lecturer – GCSE & Functional Skills (Level 2)
Location: Northampton
Salary: £33,000 – £39,000 per annum
Contract Type: Full-time

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a passionate and skilled English Lecturer to join a forward-thinking College in Northampton. This full-time role focuses on delivering GCSE and Functional Skills Level 2 English.
We're looking for someone who can create engaging and inclusive learning experiences and is committed to helping students reach their full potential.

What You’ll Need:

• Minimum Grade C (or equivalent) in GCSE Maths and English Language
• A Level 5 teaching qualification (or willingness to work towards one)
• Proven experience teaching Functional Skills Level 2
• Evidence of ongoing professional development (CPD)
• Strong communication, planning and delivery skills
• A genuine passion for teaching and student progress
• Own transport is essential
