We're looking for someone who:

• Has a minimum of GCSE Grade C (or equivalent) in English and Maths

• Holds (or is working toward) a recognised teaching qualification (PGCE, Cert Ed, etc.)

• Has experience teaching GCSE and/or Functional Skills Level 2 English

• Demonstrates outstanding communication, motivation, and planning skills

• Brings energy, creativity, and a student-first mindset to the classroom

• Has access to reliable transport for occasional off-site delivery
