About the Role:

This peripatetic position will have you teaching in the southern sites, including Minley (GU17 9LP), Worthy Down (SO21 2RG), Tidworth (SP9 7BQ), Aldershot (GU11 2BG) and Marchwood (SO40 4ZG). You'll deliver Level 2 Functional Skills English, supporting apprentices in enhancing their literacy and communication skills, which are critical to their professional and personal development.

?? Salary: £31,193 + Benefits

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver and assess Level 2 Functional Skills English to military apprentices.
• Develop tailored resources and materials to meet the needs of your learners.
• Create a positive and motivating learning environment, ensuring apprentices are inspired to achieve their goals.
• Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback to guide their development.
• Work collaboratively with other tutors to enhance the curriculum and overall learning experience.

What We're Looking For:

• Relevant teaching qualification (e.g. PTLLS, DTLLS, or equivalent).
• Experience in delivering Functional Skills (preferably Level 1 and Level 2).
• Passion for teaching and working with young adults, especially in a military setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
