Position: Full-Time Permanent English Teacher
Start Date: September 2025
Salary: £32,000 - £45,000 (with potential TLR)
Location: Wellingborough, Northamptonshire

Role and Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and effective English lessons to students across Key Stages 3 and 4.
• Develop and implement creative lesson plans that cater to diverse learning needs.
• Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the English curriculum and participate in extracurricular activities.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
• A strong passion for English literature and language.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
