About the role: We are seeking a passionate English Teacher to deliver high-quality lessons across KS3-KS5. You will plan and deliver engaging lessons, track student progress, manage behaviour effectively, and contribute to curriculum development. Collaboration with colleagues and a commitment to raising achievement are central to this role.

Key responsibilities:

Deliver outstanding English teaching across KS3-KS5

Support learners of mixed abilities to achieve their potential

Maintain effective behaviour management strategies

Contribute to curriculum planning and enrichment activities

Work collaboratively within a supportive department

Requirements - The ideal candidate will have:

QTS and proven experience teaching English at secondary or FE level

Strong subject knowledge and a passion for English education

Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service

Excellent communication and organisational skills

A clear commitment to safeguarding and student welfare
