English teacher

Teaching Tomorrow is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Teacher of English to cover a maternity leave at a secondary school in Coventry. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced teacher to join a supportive school environment.

The Role:

• Deliver engaging and high-quality English lessons across KS3 and KS4.
• Manage classroom behaviour effectively and create a positive learning environment.
• Follow the school’s curriculum and lesson plans, adapting where necessary to meet students’ needs.
• Track and monitor student progress, providing feedback and support.

We’re Looking For:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Experience teaching English at secondary level.
• Strong classroom management skills and a passion for inspiring students.
• A positive, flexible, and professional attitude.
• Willingness to travel from Northamptonshire if required (own transport essential).
