English Teacher

As an English Teacher, your responsibilities will include:

• Adapting teaching strategies to support a range of learning needs, including SEN

• Inspiring a love of reading, writing, and critical thinking

• Assessing and monitoring progress to raise achievement

• Contributing to a positive, inclusive classroom and wider school community

We’re looking for a teacher who:

• Has experience teaching English at secondary level

• Is confident supporting students with additional learning needs

• Has strong communication and classroom management skills

• Term -time only hours (8:30am – 4:00pm) for excellent work -life balance

• Supportive leadership and a well -established pastoral structure

• Collaborative staff culture with access to quality resources

• Ongoing support from Teach Now throughout your placement
