is seeking an experienced and intellectually engaging Teacher of English
with a focus on advanced literary analysis and rhetoric from January 2026.

You will teach English Language and Literature across KS3-KS5. The role includes planning lessons that develop advanced critical theory and analytical reading, with a key responsibility for leading the school's successful debating programme.

Experience and Qualifications

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a relevant degree in English or Literature.


• Proven success in teaching challenging texts at A-Level.


• Experience in leading or coaching a successful school debating society.


• Commitment to contributing to the school's academic literacy programme.
