Responsibilities

• Teach English across KS3, KS4, and KS5, delivering engaging and thought-provoking lessons


• Support students in developing analytical and essay-writing skills


• Prepare students for GCSE and A-Level English coursework and examinations


• Work collaboratively to enhance the English curriculum with a diverse range of texts and literature


• Contribute to extracurricular activities such as debate teams, poetry readings, and school publications

Qualifications and Experience

• Degree in English, Literature, or a related subject


• PGCE or QTS


• Experience teaching English up to KS5
