Responsibilities

• Teach English across KS3, KS4, and KS5, making literature and language studies engaging and accessible


• Support students in developing writing, analytical, and interpretative skills


• Prepare students for GCSE and A-Level English coursework and examinations


• Work collaboratively to enhance the English curriculum with diverse literary texts and critical approaches


• Contribute to extracurricular activities such as creative writing clubs, theatre productions, and public speaking events

Qualifications and Experience

• Degree in English, Literature, or a related subject


• PGCE or QTS


• Experience teaching English up to KS5
